From 5th January to the 31st, Tesco will be offering 40,000 free Health Checks at their in-store pharmacies. The Health Check involves measuring your blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar levels and checking your BMI (weight). It takes around 20 minutes and the results can be discussed with a pharmacist straight away.
