If you or anyone in your family has food allergies, TalkHealth Partnership want to understand more about the challenges you or a family member faces while living with allergies. Take part in their online questionnaire and you could be one of 100 people to receive a hand care pack.
To coincide with TalkHealth Partnership Allergy clinic in February, they have created a short survey in collaboration with a leading allergy specialist to better understand experiences with food allergies.

How much of an impact do food allergies have on your day to day life? What are your thoughts on supermarket Free From brands? Do you feel restaurants cater well for those with allergies?

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 100 Carex hand care packs.
