If you need some free sunflower seeds to take part in this challenge simply send an email to info@landscapeshow.co.uk and they will send you some in the post for free.

How to Plant & Grow Sunflowers

Space seeds about 6 inches apart and between 1 and 2 inches deep in a planter or outdoor soil patch.
Cover and keep watered. Sprouting will be visible within 10 days.
Move to location with very good sunlight
Plant will develop seeds in 80 to 120 days.
