From now until the 24th of September Sainsbury Pharmacy are offering free Cholesterol & Blood Sugar Tests instore. They just do a small skin prick to draw a small amount of blood and then it takes just 10 minutes to get your results. Well worth doing every couple of years for people over 40yrs.
