This is a nice and easy freebie. Just take a short survey on the Subway web site and they will reward you with a free cookie. If you have a Subway receipt then use the Store ID number on that to enter the survey, if not you can use '32414'.
After entering the store id they will ask you what time is printed on your receipt. If you don't have a receipt then just enter any time in the past few days and that should work.

Once you've completed the survey, Subway will send you a voucher to claim your free cookie in store. No other purchase necessary.
