The VOSA (Vehicle and Operator Services Agency) have a free tool that you can use to request MOT Test history for any vehicle on the M.O.T database. Information includes the result (pass or fail) and the vehicle's recorded mileage at the time of the test and the vehicle failed a test, the history will include the reasons why it failed. This is a great tool for anyone that is buying a second hand car.
