Others are accompanied by dietary advice or tricks that claim you will see results in just a few days. Recently, dancing workouts have taken storm on the youtube exercise scene.

There is no doubt that youtube is an incredible resource for fitness enthusiasts, not just from a tutorial standpoint but also a motivational perspective. There is no better way to get yourself to spring into action than watching someone else get busy.

In fact, studies have shown that people enjoy physical activity more when they are working out with a friend. A Youtube fitness pro isn't quite a friend but it's the second best thing.

There are even videos categorised by the type of music you want to get your sweat on to. Firstly, we have unburdened with actually getting to the gym and now with fun dances we don't have to dread saying in shape.

By no means is this a new concept, the 80's aerobics videos can never be forgotten, along with their outfits, and there are a plethora of apps that act as your personal trainer but youtube is completely free.

Not only free but the content is endless, one search and you will find yourself in thousands of different videos which can tailor to your exact workout needs.

The best part is that once you have burned all those calories there is no worry travelling home, you can immediately continue the Netflix show that you were watching!
