You have to live in and around Derbyshire, be 60 yrs or older or registered disabled to claim this freebie. From now until the 7th March 2013 Local Authorities in Debyshire will be giving away 5,000 sensor bulbs as part of their popular 'Get Switched on to Safety' scheme, whilst Derbyshire Fire and Rescue offer free electric blanket testing across Derbyshire.
