As well as significantly reducing a household’s carbon footprint, the solar system is able to generate an income of at least £800 a year for 25 years thanks to the new Feed-in tariff which was introduced at the beginning of April. Simply put, this will make the lucky winner thousands of pounds in addition to saving on their electricity bills.
