The book was actually published in 2009 but it's been such a successful book that sales are still strong and has become the go-to Christmas cook book for many a home cook.

The Happy Christmas Cookbook covers filling your freezer, to serving Christmas lunch, ideas for drinks parties, vegetarian recipes, how to use up leftovers and if you have left things too late Delia's last minute recipes will come to the rescue.
