From November 1st 2021, WhatsApp will stop working on millions of smartphones including 53 different models of iPhone and Android smartphones.
If you are still using one of the affected smartphones and you rely on the WhatsApp messaging service, it's vital you upgrade asap to a smartphone that is compatible with the new updates from WhatsApp.
The affected operating systems that will no longer work with the popular messaging service are smartphones models with Android 4.0.4 or earlier, as well as iPhones with iOS 9 or earlier.

The operating systems mentioned above will no longer be able to receive security and new feature updates, which means they will encounter errors, open your device up to potential threats and eventually stop working completely.
