The promoters: For this giveaway are Jimmy’s Iced Coffee and LEGEND TV.

Promotion period: Enter between the dates of 03/04/2023 to 09/04/2023

 To enter: Entry must be made via the Jimmy’s Iced Coffee x LEGEND Giveaway landing page and enter your name and e-mail address. Maximum one entry per person, maximum 1 prize per person.

No purchase necessary however internet access and an email address are required.

Prize: Prize delivery is available to one address within mainland UK only, is non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available.

Winner Selection:
All valid entries received will be submitted into a prize draw. A winner will be randomly selected from all entries.

Winner Notification:
Winner will be contacted directly from Jimmy’s Iced Coffee only on 10/04/2023. If Jimmy’s do not hear back from the winner accepting their prize within 2
weeks, a new winner will be chosen. The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion. If the winner(s) does not want their name to be published they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize.

You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoters and not to Facebook, and that Facebook has no liability for any element of this promotion.

Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise, or for errors in contact details supplied by entrants.

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, third parties, syndicates, macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full, will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
