Sow, Grow and Show - Terms and Conditions

Radio 2 and The One Show are celebrating people who are using their voice to make positive environmental change - so we want you to get involved in our huge summer green-fingered challenge, Sow, Grow and Show!

First, sow a veg, fruit or plant seed in your garden, the kitchen, on a windowsill or in your backyard. Then, grow it over the next few weeks and enjoy watching your veg, fruit or plant flourish! Later in the summer, it'll be time for you to show off your green creations, so take pictures and videos, and send them to us at Radio 2 and The One Show.

We'll be sharing your Sow, Grow and Show masterpieces and celebrating homegrown veg, fruit or plants across the UK. If your showing and growing doesn't go to plan, that's fine! Wonky carrots are very welcome here!
