WHO WE ARE
Slate was created in 2017 when Clare Jackson and her father opened two specialist cheese shops by the sea in Suffolk, in the towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh. Both shops offer a beautiful range of British and European artisan cheeses. If you are visiting locally, do step over our slate-tiled threshold to discover our passion for fine cheese in all its glorious forms.
