PANCAKES
Our pancakes are handmade with a traditional Scottish recipe, buttermilk is added to make a sweet, light and fluffy mixture. The mixture is then poured onto a hot griddle and hand flipped creating a lovely soft brown product.
WELL FIRED ROLLS
A wonderful well-loved Scottish product the Well Fired Morning Roll baked by Brownings. Our skilled bakers bake the rolls using an established slow proof process then fire the rolls in a unique way by firing the top half of the roll to produce the traditional well fired flavour.
