I have these lights positioned along the skirting board on the landing, so if anybody needs to ‘spend a penny’ in the night, there is no need to put on the main light - these motion sensor lights will illuminate the way. They are fixed in place by blu-tac so they can easily be moved if required. Powered by 3 AAA batteries which seem to last for ages, when the batteries are running down the brilliant white light starts to become yellowy white in colour. A friend recently stayed over and she does not like the dark, I put one of these lights on her bedside cabinet - ideal solution. Highly recommended.
