Snoring Congestion Relief Nasal Strips

Product description

Product Description

Drug free Breathe Right nasal strips are clinically proven to instantly open your nasal passages so you can breathe easier. Breathe Right nasal strips are flexible spring-like bands to gently lift and open nasal passages to allow better airflow. Breathe Right strips can be used day or night for relief from stuffiness due to allergies and colds. The size you choose is important; use the right size for best results.

Ingredients

Snoring Congestion Relief Nasal Strips

From the manufacturer

Why Choose Breathe Right Nasal Strips

Open Your Nose

9/10 people said that they could breathe better instantly when using Breathe Right strips.

Drug Free

Breathe Right strips are drug free.

Zzzz

Breathe Right strips improve sleep quality in 90 percent of snorers.

Breathe Right nasal strips open the nose allowing easier breathing to help reduce snoring.

Undisturbed Rest

Breathe right strips are gentle on skin, easy to remove, and comfortable to wear.

How it Works

Breathe Right nasal strips are made of flexible, spring-like bands that fit right above the flare of the nostrils. A sticky adhesive is used to lift the sides of the nose and open the nasal passages, making it easier to breathe for a more restful night of sleep.

How to Use

Before Applying

Wash and dry your nose well. Dirt, oils, moisturisers and makeup can weaken the adhesive.

Place

Remove the protective liner and place the strip centered along the width of

your nose. The tabs on the strip should rest right at the start of the flaring part of each nostril.

Apply

Press and hold down the strip until the strip is secure on your nose.

Remove

Wash your face with warm water and start to loosen the strip from each end, gently lifting the strip off your nose

The Cause of Nightmare Nasal Congestion

Colds

When you have a cold, the lining of your nasal cavities swell with excess fluid, making it difficult to breathe—especially when you’re lying down. This, in turn my cause you to lose sleep and become sleep deprived, which can further suppress immune functionality. To get the rest you need, try Breathe Right nasal strips to get instant relief from nighttime nasal congestion.

Allergies

When allergens are present, your immune system responds by releasing chemicals that create inflammation in your nose. This can cause nasal congestion, sneezing, and a runny nose. Breathe Right nasal strips provide drug-free relief from nasal congestion caused by allergies. By gently opening the nasal passages, Breathe Right nasal strips deliver instant relief for an allergy-induced stuffy nose.

Deviated Septum

People who suffer from a deviated septum are generally all too familiar with breathing problems. The septum is the cartilage that separates the nostrils. A deviated septum makes it harder to breathe through one or both sides of your nose. Breathe Right nasal strips can open blocked nasal passages and make it easier to breathe freely.

These are great - the best anti-snoring, nasal deviation product I can buy. I have tried others and they are sub-standard but this particular product works for me in so many ways. No snoring, no unhappy partner. With these on I can breathe like I never have before and I sleep much better with them. I have seen negative reviews as well as positive reviews, so these are not for everyone, but they work for me - and without this I cannot breathe through my left nostril. I have tried others and these were the best. They are also the best price too, as in the pharmacy I can buy 6 for £9 but I bought 30 for £9.odd on here. Give them a try!

I have had my nose broken a few times and have had 2 operations on it, the final operation was to help me breath through my nasal passage which was only partly successful.

For years I have struggled with breathing through my nose, meaning I drink a lot more to try and stop my mouth from drying out.

I primary wanted these strips to help me breath through my nose and stop the issues I have with dry mouth, sore throat and even ulcers.
Secondary I hoped these strips would also help with my snoring.
I can confirm that these strips do open my nasal passage, they do help againts sore throat and dry mouth and they do reduce snoring or so my wife tells me.

I have tried cheaper brands on Amazon but they are never a large as the original and usually don't stick as well. The cheaper brands are better than nothing and I kept my cheap ones incase I run out of these.

I have also tried breathing aids that you push into your nose, again these work and again not as well as these strips. They seem to work well at first but gradually weaken or fall out of your nose and can make your nose sore.

I've also tried vapour inhalers and 'Happinose' nasal decongestant balm. The vapour inhalers are cheap and work well but only temporary. The balm works ok and lasts much longer than the inhalers.

These strips are not perfect and do not cure my nasal issues, but are the best I've found and hence I have gave them 5 stars, I now subscribe for these to be delivered monthly.

My nightly nasal routine is to give my nose a good blow, inhale eucalyptus vapour, apply 'Happinose' and finally, after wiping my nose, apply a 'large' breathright nasal strip.
This gives me and my wife the best chance of a good night's sleep.
Some nights are better than others

I'm sure many others have a similar issues with their nasal passage, hopefully I've have given you a few ideas.

I'll take a few pictures now, showing all the nasal aids I've tried or use, thanks for reading

Opinion seems to be very divided as to whether these things work.
For me, there has been no single 'magic bullet' - but these larger, stickier strips do help (well, my wife tells me they do). Cheaper strips simply unpeeled during the night and proved useless. Worthwhile degreasing your nose before sticking a strip on – and unpeeling SLOWLY and GENTLY in the morning. Not exactly visually appealing, and slightly uncomfortable at first, but you soon get used to them.
In addition, we’ve found other tactics that also help.
Raise the head of the bed by six inches (OK, 15.24cm) – a few piles of old paperbacks did the trick for us. In addition to reducing snoring, also helps reduce morning hangover/tension headaches. Bit of a hassle to set up, and I was sceptical, but it really does work, especially the headache bit 😊.
Take a couple of antihistamine tablets before going to bed (best value is Diphenhydramine HCl, the generic active ingredient of most well-known hay-fever medications). They’ll reduce nasal swelling, open the airways, AND help you feel sleepy.
Try a good quality hypo-allergenic (NOT duck-down or feathers) continental size pillow, 65cm x 65cm – that’s an extra 15cm of height compared to a standard UK pillow (50cm x 75cm). This gives your head much better support and helps keep airways open – it also feels much more comfortable (you can really wedge your shoulder into the pillow without your head lolling over the top).
Taken together, all of these wheezes probably sound like a load of palava just to go to bed, but, once set up, they really don’t require much effort. And, if you or your partner is a snorer, the results really can be transformational in terms of quality of sleep and quality of life.
    Good luck.

I'm a long-time customer of Breathe Right strips and give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for that. Don't bother with the cheaper copycats which either have poor adhesion or don't actually help open your airways. On their own they may not stop snoring, but they do make a difference. If you have inflammation at the top of your nose or nasal polyps, no product is going to help as the problem is the inflammation. But if you have mild narrowing of airways then these strips make the difference for being able to go to sleep breathing through your nose and getting a better night's sleep.

I have only given 3 stars because of the climate disaster of the packaging. My set of 5 packs came in a box large enough for 30 packs and was filled with non-recyclable single use polystyrene packaging 'wotsits' and more plastic air pockets. I try to minimise waste especially single-use plastic waste and this went against that. The packs are not fragile and could have been tightly wrapped in a single layer of cardboard + packing tape. I'm hoping that Metropharm will take note and make changes.
