Canelés are a speciality pastry of the Bordeaux region with a caramelized crust, which are popular in France and beyond. The Levivo silicone baking tray is perfect for creating these sweet little specialities and other delicacies, as the silicone can withstand extreme heat and is very flexible. The 28 x 18.5 cm baking tray for 12 ∅ 4.3 x 3.8 cm canelés does not need to be greased, as the dough will not stick to the surface.
An internal metal strengthening ring ensures that the pan keeps its shape and is dimensionally stable - so it is easy to move and carry even when full to the brim with cake mix. The high quality also ensures stability so you can achieve your desired baking results without the material buckling or wearing out.
The silicone used is specially designed for use as a cake tin. The excellent non-stick properties ensure that no dough sticks to the tray and it is very easy to clean. You can also naturally machine wash the form. It can be easily stored away after use to save space as it is flexible and break-proof.
The heat-proof grips on the sides are especially practical. These advantages of this -20 °C to +220 °C temperature resistant material are not only seen when used in the oven, but also in the freezer: Its resistance to the cold allows you to freeze delicacies and little cakes directly inside the tray.
