Boatmans Riverside Holiday Cottage
Boatman’s Riverside Holiday Cottage is a charming riverside retreat nestled on the banks of the picturesque river Deben.
A wonderful self-catering holiday cottage that sits above a large private garden rolling down to the river, with its own mooring & watercraft (rowing boat, kayak & canoe).
Painted in Suffolk pink, the romantically quirky, warm and wonderfully well-equipped cottage has roses around the door and superb views of the river and woodland beyond.
Enjoy fishing, wildlife, and serenity in this idyllic waterfront haven.

- Dates subject to availability.
- Prize is for a 3 night mid-week or weekend stay at Boatmans Riverside Holiday Cottage.
- Day passes are for two people for entry to either RSPB Minsmere or entry to Ufford Park Leisure or Gift Card to spend in shop for RSPB members.
- Prize to be used between Friday 25th October 2024 – Friday 21st March 2025.
- All competitions and giveaways are not available to employees or contractors of The Tourist Trail Limited and R3: Financial Services Group Limited, or members of their immediate families.

- Entry is restricted to 1 entry per person per competition (via The Tourist Trail Website)
- The prize draw for the giveaway will be held on 7th May 2024, with every valid entry having an equal chance of being selected at random
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered
- It is the responsibility of the prize providers to honour the prize
- The Tourist Trail is not liable for the prizes not being honoured by the prize providers for any reason and will not offer any compensation for failure of the prizes being honoured
