Subway is giving away FREE 6-inch sandwiches next Friday - but there is one thing you need to do first

The chain is celebrating World Sandwich Day on 3 November with a freebie for all loyalty scheme members

Sandwich food chain Subway is giving its customers a free six-inch Sub next Friday (3 November).

But fans must download and register to Subway's loyalty scheme via their Subcard app (download here from Apple App Store or here from Google Play ) by 30 October in order to claim their freebie.

Once signed up Subway will credit member's accounts with 500 points to redeem against a free Six-inch Sub on 3 November which is World Sandwich Day. Points can also be redeemed in store the day before too.

Subway will also be marking the day with a charitable donation. For every Sub made in store, the chain will make a 5p donation to food charity, FareShare, which has 21 regional centres in the UK focusing on providing nutritious meals to vulnerable people.

Donations will also be made for every six-inch Sub redeemed with the 500 loyalty points whilst the promotion is running.
