These arrived very well packaged with some great instructions on how to care. The plants are small but if you know your acers it is what you would expect. I am pleased with them. I coudnt justify the cost of 3 acers from the nursery where as these are going to be perfect at an agreeable price. I will be buying other items from this seller as I think they care greatly about what they do. I have no reason to think these won't bud up and be in leaf in the next couple of months and even better next year. Acers are notoriously difficult to place somewhere they like. Keep an eye on them as they turn in an instant. The instructions that came with these plants do state that if there is a problem contact them immediately. Thats a good sign in business I think.

    As a novice gardener I ordered these with some trepidation, but they arrived safely, on time and in excellent packaging. They were much bigger than I expected and had been carefully rolled into the package. I was scared that I might get those little naked sticks that some seemed to complain about but no, they looked terrific and were each about 450mm tall. A few days in and one looks a trifle floppy, but she's in intensive care now and should hopefully be ready to plant out soon. The others are already out, and sucking up nutrients like there's no tomorrow.

    I don't often write a review, but had to regarding these lovely plants..I read the reviews about broken packaging and damaged plants but took a chance anyway and so glad I did..not only did they arrive 2 days earlier than estimated, the package was undamaged, the internal casing protected the plants..they are bigger than I envisioned (a bonus in my book) the soil was moist and they look beautiful and healthy..I think the negative reviews were just unlucky..I recommend this company..would buy again from them 🙂 (I'm not very technical nor do I trust online access to my personal stuff so sorry there is no picture you will just have to trust me how lovely the plants are)

    Packaging was great, plants were secure, they were small, but I planted them in small pots and kept them in the house, then I put them out in the sun and brought them bk in the house, I put them in big pots did the same outside then in at night, I can't believe how they have grown, they are beautiful 💜 I absolutely love them! The different colours are amazing! They are stronger now and you will. Love them and have a smile on your face everytime you see them, great value for money for 3 I will definitely be buying from this company again and at that price, be great to give has presents!

    Other reviews seemed hit and miss so this purchase felt like a bit of a gamble. I ordered on a Saturday and they arrived the following Tuesday. All three were healthy, well packed and roughly 12" / 30cm tall. I'm perfectly happy with them.

    I think the thing with plants by mail order it is down to whether anyone played football with the parcel on the way.

    Disliked how they were damaged whilst in the care of the courier. Most of the compost soil in both packages were tipped out of the pots also tops of the plants were damaged these were securely packaged by the seller but due to the way they were handled by couriers otherwise would have been value for money and sturdy
