1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over and excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. 2. There are 10 prizes available to be won each consisting of a Free Little Dish meal voucher. 3. Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon completion of the survey. Entrants will be required to provide their full name, home address, daytime phone number and email address and will be given an opportunity to opt-in to be added to a database to receive future news about special offers, new products, promotions etc., from the Promoter or other names third parties. 4. The Closing date for completion of the survey and entry into the prize draw is 09:00 on 20th June 2016. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent third party from all valid entries received by the closing date. 5. The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date, and the winner notified by email within 14 days of the draw date. 6. The prize will be despatched within 14 days of the winners supplying their contact details and prize choice, where applicable, following a verification process, as provided in the winner’s original entry. In the event of the prize being offered as ‘personalised’, delivery may take longer. Winners of such prizes will be notified of the respective delivery time. In the event of the winner being unable to sign for the prize, they may nominate an alternative suitable address or an authorized person to accept the prize on their behalf. 7. Bulk, trade or third parties applications are not permitted, and will not be included in the survey or the prize draw. 8. No cash alternative will be available. In the event of the stated prize becoming unavailable due to circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated prize, in whole, or part, with an equivalent of equal or greater value. 9. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions governing this promotion. 11. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for: a. Any incorrect or inaccurate personal data entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.b. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion. c. Any injury or damage to entrants upon delivery and/or use of the prize. 12. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive. 13. The name of the winners can be obtained by sending an email entitled “Little Dish Survey Prize Draw” to: hello@littledish.co.uk from xx.xx.16 for a minimum of 3 months. 14. Entrants’ details will be held for the sole purposes of administering the survey and prize draw, except where the entrant has opted in to be added to a database.
