    I’m so impressed with this set. The ball was really easy to blow up and didn’t have the horrible smell that other balls tend to have. The bands are great quality and have a good resistance that actually feels beneficial. All in all a good buy :)

      I use this for added resistance for my physiotherapy exercises, mainly for clamshells . I like how there is different strength options , but I honestly only use the medium one . The band sits nicely above the knees, but it does roll up after a few minutes . Doing hamstring curls with it is not an option for me as it just rolls up.
      The exercise ball is okay, no problems there .

      Maybe it's just me but this bands constantly twisted when I tried to use which is annoying. Ball is flimsy but I can work with it until I find a replacement. Over all poor quality as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".
