    The quoits set arrived promptly and in a lovely presentation box. Sadly the box was a little damaged but the set inside was in perfect condition. It would make a lovely gift for someone.
    We were prompted to purchase this outdoor game because of our regular visits to English Heritage and National Trust sites where there is always a game of quoits set up for visitors to enjoy.
    It’s a simple game that appeals to all ages.
    I love the vintage look of the set. It fits together easily and is a solid, steady structure. The rope quoits are firm and if they get out of shape you can just push them back into a circle. Would have liked another set with a different coloured wooden grip on them.
    The only negative for this set is that it doesn’t come with a storage bag like the other quoits set produced by Jaques . I’ve read the reviews from others who mention utilising the presentation box for storing the set but as our box was damaged on delivery I doubt it would have lasted as a long term storage option.
    It’s a fun family game and we’ve already had some great laughs with it. Highly recommended as a great outdoor game or if you have space indoors to play it.

    I bought this for a bit of fun over Christmas and it didn't disappoint. It looks lovely as it's entirely made of wood. My one gripe however is that when trying to screw it together, I had to cut away some of the glue/wood myself when trying to screw in the middle pole to make it fit. It seemed like the hole was drilled slightly too small for the pole which is a shame as the packaging, presentation and idea is beautiful. It looks like a high quality, classy garden game, but the mismatched sizes let it down for me.

    I had a major stroke last year so am trying to brighten my daily physio rehab in any way I can.as usual with Jacques everything was beautifully packaged and presented and the build quality of this set is gorgeous. I shall be using it in the kitchen for years to come and I know it will last. I have yet to land a quoit on a prg but that's me at fault, notvthe set. I thought about buying thr larger set but found it visually confusing. I thinkthe word compact in the description gives the game away concerning its size, it is small but ideal for my purpose, I will investigate whether one can buy more quoits but it might be simpler just to buy another set.whilevits on offer.
