In addition to our bespoke bottle, our organic status ensures we stand shoulders above the competition within the ‘Super Premium’ category. We use an Organic Wheat derived base spirit. The base spirit is crucial in ensuring the botanicals have a perfect canvas, as well as for the way Gin complements a mixed drink. The wheat base helps give the crisp profile within Liverpool Gin.

Liverpool Organic Gin is a premium organic gin made using only pure certified organic botanicals, producing a highly distinctive, aromatic drink.

Crystalline in appearance and luscious in body, it give an intense juniper and complex, well-balanced botanical flavour over a rich cereal note with a bright citrus finish.

At Liverpool Gin Distillery, we offer visitors of our wonderful City the opportunity to see our distillers in action. Here we produce our very own Liverpool Gin on-site in a custom-built 600ltr copper still while our visitors relax with a refreshing drink at the bar.

Ingredients

50ml Liverpool Organic Gin

25ml St Germain

20ml Lime Juice

20ml Apple Juice

5ml Sugar Syrup

15ml Blue Curacao

Topped with Ting/Grapefruit Soda

Mix first six ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, strain and pour into an ice filled rocks glass, and top with Ting or Grapefruit Soda. Garnish with half of grapefruit wheel.

50ml Liverpool Organic Gin

30ml City of London Sloe Gin

60ml Apple Juice

25ml Lemon Juice

20ml Sugar Syrup

6 Blackberries

3 Rosemary Sprigs

Muddle Blackberries and Rosemary in the base of a shaker, add remaining ingredients, shake well with ice and fine strain into a Sling glass. Garnish with three blackberries and a sprig of rosemary.
