There's so much plant-based protein in our new Vegan Protein Pancakes, we should actually call them Plantcakes. Our gluten-free recipe is therefore perfect for those who want a more balanced diet. Not just vegans! The special blend of plant-based protein sources means you can whip up the tastiest, fluffiest pancakes in minutes. Go on, try them!

Delicious pancakes at any time!

Mix!

For about 4 pancakes, put 80g pancake mix (about 8 tablespoons) in a bowl. Add 120ml cold water or a milk alternative. Stir until the batter is nice and creamy.

Bake!

Pour the batter into a hot, greased pan. We recommend coconut oil instead of butter.

    It is an insult for all pancakes in this world that this is supposed to be considered a pancake.
    This is literally the most disgusting food I’ve ever had.
    It tastes really bad, it doesn’t fry well and it’s consistency doesn’t have anything to do with a pancake. I cook pancakes regularly and I know how to fry them properly. But this is a Rip off! This can not be considered a pancake.
    I am disgusted and upset. We tossed them in the trash after the first bite!
    I want a refund!!

    A causa dell'inesperienza i primi che ho fatto sono venuti dei piccoli abomini estetici. Tuttavia il sapore non ha risentito della mia incapacità. Partendo dal presupposto che non hanno il sapore dei pancake classici (ovviamente) sono molto buoni. Si sente prevalente il gusto dei ceci, tuttavia io sono grande estimatore quindi no problema, anzi personalmente l'ho trovato un pregio. Problemi con la spedizione, arrivata con tre giorni di ritardo. Comunque per rapidità di preparazione (anche per incapaci come il sottoscritto) e sapore lo consiglio.

    Nach anfänglicher Skepsis, total überzeugendes Produkt. Etwas Eigengeschmack muss man schon mögen. Mit Nutella oder erdnussbutter etc. absolut lecker. So ohne alles ist mir der Eigengeschmack etwas zu intensiv.

    Preis Leistung ist top.

    Herstellung ist sehr einfach. Einfach Wasser zugeben und rühren. In einer Pfanne etwas kokosöl erwärmen und dann Mit einem Esslöffel einen Klecks hineingeben und ein bisschen flachdrücken. Wenn die eine Seite angebräunt ist, umdrehen und dann flachdrücken damit die typische Form entsteht. Danach nochmals wenden bis der Teig knusprig ist, so schmeckt er uns am besten. Ergibt 4 Stück
