FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS – Everyone In 2025

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. THE PROMOTER: KP Snacks Limited, Fifth Floor, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE.

2. WHO CAN ENTER: This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is open to UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry only excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is not open to residents in Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.

3. Entrants must have internet access to enter the Promotion. The entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet, or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.

4. No purchase necessary.

5. This Promotion features across 8 of the Promoter’s brands (KP Nuts, Skips, Hula Hoops, Pom-Bear, Popchips, Butterkist, Tyrrells, McCoy’s) with one shared prize pool as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

6. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

a. The “Main Promotion Period” will begin at 00:00 on Monday 28th April 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on Sunday 17th August 2025 (the “Main Promotion Period Closing Date”).

b. All entrants who enter during the Main Promotion Period will also be automatically entered once into the “Grand Draw”. The Grand Draw will take place on 19th August 2025 in accordance with paragraph 11b. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk in accordance with paragraph 11f.

c. The “Late Entry Draw” is for all entries received during the “Late Entry Promotion Period” being between 00:00 on Monday 18th August 2025 and 23:59 on Sunday 30th November 2025 (the “Late Entry Draw Closing Date”). All entries received after the Late Entry Draw Closing Date will not be accepted. Entries during the Late Entry Promotion Period are not eligible for entry into the Grand Draw.

7. HOW TO ENTER:

a. Go to cricket.everyonein.co.uk

b. Enter your full name, address details, valid email address and mobile phone number.

c. Press the CLICK TO SPIN button. The ball will either stop directly over the cricket stumps causing the bails to fall off (Win) or stop before missing the cricket stumps (Lose).

d. Only one (1) entry per person per day. For the avoidance of doubt, a person can enter once per day during each of the Main Promotional Period and the Late Entry Promotion Period.

e. Any participant using multiple details (multiple email addresses/multiple postal addresses and/or multiple identities) to access the Promotion will be disqualified and any Prize (being a MP Prize, GP Prize, LD Prize or Mop Up prize) will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant has already submitted an entry or met the daily entry limit and to disqualify any subsequent entries or Prize claims.

f. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. Proof of sending your details will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Promotion Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.

g. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Do not enter on behalf of another person. Incomplete or illegible entries or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant or household is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to access the promotion, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using multiple email addresses or postal addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant's entries, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any prize will be void.

8. MAIN PROMOTION WINNER SELECTION

a. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Promotional Period and randomly order 975 prizes (125 x £100 cash, 50 x £65 The Hundred Store e-vouchers and 800 New Balance X Everyone In bat, ball & cricket stumps sets).

b. If your time of entry (when you press the CLICK TO SPIN button) matches a winning moment you will be awarded the prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment.

c. In the event that two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.

d. In the event that no one enters at the winning moment, that prize will remain available until the next entry.

9. THE PRIZES

a. There are 975 prizes available to be won during the Promotional Period being:

i. 125 x £100 cash

ii. 50 x £65 The Hundred Store e-vouchers Each e-voucher is valid until 1st August 2026 and can only be redeemed at https://shop.thehundred.com/. The voucher will be subject to its own terms and conditions. Please check the website to review these. iii. 800 x New Balance X Everyone In bat, ball & cricket stumps sets. (the “MP Prizes”)

b. Any three MP Prizes max per household, excluding the Grand Prize.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. In accordance with paragraph 7c, if the SPIN THE WHEEL ball stops directly over the cricket stumps causing the bails to fall off the winner will be notified immediately on screen which MP Prize they have been allocated.

b. The 800 x New Balance X Everyone In cricket sets winners will each receive an email within 14 working days confirming their win and their prize will be dispatched within 45 working days of their win. These winners will not need to claim this MP Prize. The relevant MP Prize will be sent to the postal address used at the point of entry.

c. The 125 x £100 cash MP Prize winners will each receive an email within 14 working days of their win. These MP Prize winners will each then have 14 days from receipt of this email and as set out in this paragraph, to claim their relevant MP Prize and choose either a bank transfer or cheque. Any MP Prize winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the MP Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the initial MP Prize notification date, MP Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the MP Prize will be allocated to a new winner during the Mop Up Draw in accordance with paragraph 15i. In respect of the £100 cash MP Prizes these will not be deemed claimed if during the 14 days required under this paragraph, the relevant winner does not provide their details or provides invalid details which are not corrected by the relevant winner, required to make the transfer of the cash MP Prize.

d. The £100 cash MP Prize will only be sent within 14 working days of MP Prize claim in accordance with paragraph 10c, either (i) via cheque to the address and in the winner’s name supplied at the point of entry; or (ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account.

e. The 50 x The Hundred Store e-vouchers MP Prize winners will each receive an email within 14 working days of their win. MP Prize winners will each have 14 days to claim their MP Prize. Any winner who does not respond within 7 days, will be emailed again and given a further 7 days to respond. If contact cannot be made, or the MP Prize is not claimed, within 14 days of the initial MP Prize notification date, MP Prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the MP Prize will be allocated to a new winner during the Mop Up Draw. The Hundred Shop e-voucher MP Prize will be sent via email to the email address used at the point of entry within 14 working days of MP Prize claim.

11. GRAND WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE FULFILMENT

a. The Grand Draw prize is £20,000 cash (“GD Prize”) and, in accordance with the automatic entry procedure set out at paragraph 6b, only one entrant who enters during the Main Promotion Period will win the GD Prize notwithstanding how many entries are made by that entrant. The GD Prize will only be paid via cheque payable in the winner’s name or by bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name only in accordance with paragraph 11c.

b. On 19th August 2025 a winner of the GD Prize will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received within Main Promotion Period (the “GD Winner”).

c. The GD Winner will be notified using the details provided on entry, within 14 days of the Grand Draw and will have 14 days in which to claim the GD Prize and provide their details required to make the transfer of the GD Prize in accordance with paragraph 11a (the “Claim Period”). If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the first 7 days of the Claim Period, another notification will be sent. If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the remaining 7 days of the Claim Period, the GD Prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new winner drawn at the same time as the original in accordance with paragraph 11b and a new claim period of 14 days will recommence in accordance with this paragraph 11c. For the avoidance of doubt the GD Prize will not be deemed claimed if the GD Winner does not provide their details required to make the transfer of the cash prize in accordance with paragraph 11a.

d. The Grand Prize will be paid into the winner’s UK bank account within 14 working days of the provision of their valid details required to make a transfer in accordance with paragraph 11c.

e. Entrants will only be entered once into the Grand Draw regardless of the number of individual entries made during the Main Promotion Period.

f. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk by 23:59 on 17th August 2025.

12. LATE ENTRY DRAW DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION

a. There are 15 prizes available to win within the Late Entry Draw. These are:

i. 5x £100 cash prizes.

ii. 5x £65 The Hundred Store e-voucher prizes. Each e-voucher is valid until 1st August 2026 and can only be redeemed at https://shop.thehundred.com/. The voucher will be subject to its own terms and conditions. Please check the website to review these.

iii. 5x New Balance X Everyone In bat, ball & cricket stumps set (each a “LD Prize”)

c. Before the Opening Date, an independent third party will randomly select guaranteed winning moments (day, hour, minute and second) during the Promotional Period and randomly order the 15 prizes.

d. If your time of entry (when you press the CLICK TO SPIN button) matches a winning moment you will be awarded the prize randomly pre-allocated to that moment.

e. In the event that two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry.

f. In the event that no one enters at the winning moment, that prize will remain available until the next entry.

b. One entry per person per day.

c. Maximum of one LD Prize per household.

d. All LD Winners winner notification, prize claim and prize fulfilment process will be carried out in accordance with Clause 10.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate participants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever occurring as a result of a winner’s entry or acceptance of a prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or injury to a prize winner caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.

14. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION

a. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion. Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: https://everyonein.co.uk/privacypolicy.

b. The surname and county of the Winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk within 1 month of the Late Entry Draw Closing Date. Winners may request their surname and county are not published in the event they win by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk before the Late Entry Draw Closing Date save that disclosure to regulatory authorities may still be required.

c. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the Prizes won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use an entrant’s personal data for publicity purposes without the entrant’s consent. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the winner’s surname and county of residence in accordance with paragraph 14b of these Terms and Conditions.

15. GENERAL

a. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering this Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of any Prize in order for their Prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants or Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any Prize.

b. Prizes are not transferable, they cannot be resold, and there are no cash (in respect of prizes that are not specified as cash) or alternative prizes, in whole or part. The Prize must be accepted as offered by the relevant named winner(s).

c. The Promoter reserves the right to replace a Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

d. All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

e. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take their Prize.

f. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

g. By entering this Promotion an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

h. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

i. Any unclaimed, or withheld prizes, from the Main Promotion will be put into a random prize draw (“Mop Up Draw”) of all eligible participants within 28 days of the Late Entry Closing date. Mop up winners will be sent an email to the email address used at the point of entry.

j. The MP Winners, the GD Winner, the LD Winners and the Mop up winners (including any substituted winners allocated prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be the “Winners”). The Promoter reserves the right to verify all Winners including requesting proof of name, age and address and to request ID. The Promoter may withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

k. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any Prize award will be void.

l. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.

m. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

n. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or Prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

p. The Promoter reserves the right to verify Winners and ask for proof of full name, age and address before a Prize can be dispatched and to withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Proof of identity and address must match address details provided at the point of entry.

q. If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

r. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.

I do not live in the UK; can I still enter?

Sorry, if you do not live in the UK, you cannot enter the promotion. It is running in the UK only, and open to people living in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Why do you need my address and email details?

If you are a lucky winner, we will contact you via the email address to confirm your prize. We can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry.

If you are a New Balance X Everyone In cricket set winner, we will send your prize to the postal address that you used to enter the promotion.

If you are a The Hundred e-voucher winner, we will send your prize to the email address that you used to enter the promotion.

Please be careful when entering your details and make sure they are correct. The last thing you want when you win is to have your prize delayed!

What happens to the details I provide?

Your information is stored securely and only used by our third-party suppliers for the purpose of this promotion and for prize fulfilment.

All details will be securely deleted 3 months after the end of the promotion (this will be after the Late Entry Draw). Your information will be used and held in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available here

How are the Main Promotion and Late Entry Promotion prizes won?

If you're the first person to click on the Click to Spin button on or after a winning moment, you'll win a prize! The ball will hit the wicket, and a win message will pop up on your screen.

How will you notify me if I win a prize during the Main Promotion or Late Entry Promotion?

All our lucky winners will see an on-screen message, telling them they've won, and detailing which prize they have won. Winners receive an email within 14 working days with further details of next steps. Please note we can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry.

How is the Grand Prize Draw winner selected?

Every participant who makes an eligible entry during the Main Promotion, will have one automatic entry into the Grand Prize Draw. The Grand Prize Draw winner will be selected by a random computer generator on 19^th August 2025.

Late Entry Promotion entries are not eligible for entry in the Grand Prize Draw.

How will you notify me if I win the Grand Prize Draw?

The Grand Prize Draw winner will receive an email within 14 days of the Grand Prize Draw with further details of how to claim their prize. We can only send and receive the email to and from the address given at the point of entry.

How many times can I win?

A household can win a maximum of any 3 prizes during the Main Promotion and one further prize in the Late Entry Promotion.

The Grand Prize can be won by anyone regardless of any other prizes that have been awarded.

What are the next steps if I receive a winning email?

If you are a New Balance X Everyone In cricket set winner, you will not need to claim your prize or provide any further details. We'll send your prize to the address provided at the point of entry within 45 working days.

Each Hundred Store e-voucher has 14 days to claim their prize by return email. We'll then email the prize within 14 working days of your claim.

All cash prize winners and the Grand Prize Draw winner will be required when they claim their prize to confirm how they would like to receive it – either by cheque to the address and in the winner's name, supplied at the point of entry; or via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner's name. We'll send you a cheque, or transfer money into your bank account within 14 working days of receiving your payment details.
