There are three main types of leaf blowers – Petrol, corded electric and cordless electric. As a general rule, Petrol blowers offer the most power at the expense of being heavier and noisier and than their electric counterparts, and typically come at a higher price.
Electric blowers are much quieter and more suitable for residential areas, and are usually powered by either lithium ion battery packs, or mains electricity.
Corded variants are cheaper to manufacture as they don’t require batteries or chargers, though their obvious limitation is the length of cord they are attached to.
Cordless variants offer much more freedom, though the amount of time they can be used for is dependent on the charge in their batteries. Higher amp-hour (ah) batteries will offer the most runtime, while higher voltage machines will provide more power.
Leaf blowers can also be effective at clearing snow, dust and dirt; however please bear in mind they are not designed to shift piles of wet leaves and much better results can be obtained by waiting for these to dry out first.

Webb equipment has alway been my choice, possibly a little more expensive but worth the difference!
Can't the bag have an opening on the underside to allow easy emptying into refuse bag. I find the collected leaves clog up and I have to hand-empty the bag, with lots falling out so I have to re vac the area. Also, a tad noisy! Apart from these points it's a good sturdy m/c and the leaf-shredding is a great feature.
Good ergonomic design so handles well, very good blow and vacuum. Pleased with it.
A well made product that works well. Collection bag is a joy to remove, empty and refit, and vacuum handled a massive leaf clear up with both wet and dry leaves, exceeding expectations. Totally satisfied with my purchase for a change! Tooled-Up a joy to deal with.
Easy to assemble with simple instructions. Seems well built and it's no lightweight so it doesn't feel as though it's going to self destruct any time soon. Functions well on blow and suck although a trifle noisy so depending on how big an area you're clearing you may want a pair of ear defenders. Good length of cable although a bit longer would be even better. Drops a feature star for that and the weight / noise, but even so I'd buy it again!
This is a fantastic product, it is well made, very well designed, and is comfortable, and easy to use, both the blower, and vac functions work very well, and having a dial to adjust the air speed is a great feature, enabling you to vac leaves from borders, without pulling soil or stones into the unit, I can find no negatives, and dont know how I managed without out one for so long, I am very impressed, pleased that I purchased it. And would recommend this garden vac to anyone, who is in the market for one.
Only used it twice every thing seems ok it suits my needs.
Powerful suction . Easy to clean especially if the fan gets chocked. The large opening on the top of the bag also makes it easy to empty. It is not as noisy as the old one I had. So far so good.
First class product, looks well built.
Great device, has really improved my garden and I’m now looking at more products made by the same company.
Seems to do the job well
I've had this product for about 18 months and was initially pleased with the build quality and functionality of it, however the bag has now become loose around where it attaches to its frame and consequently blows back out everything that it picks up, I have tried numerous methods to tighten it to it's frame to no avail therefore it's now become totally useless. I think Webb should come up with a better design for this product.

Q : can I get a replacement bag thank you. for my blower no WEBBV2500
A : Hi David, we do stock a small selection of replacement bags for garden vacuums although none of say they are specifically suitable for the Webb WEBBV2500. Unless you want to take a chance on getting one of these to fit, your best bet is probably to try contacting Webb to see if spare parts are still available for this machine.
